Nothing on orders above ₹500 anywhere in our South Delhi service area. Below that a small collection fee applies, and it is shown on your summary before you confirm — it is never added afterwards.
Most routine reports are ready within 24 hours of collection, and several — blood counts, thyroid, sugar — are same-day. Reports are signed by our pathologist and sent on WhatsApp, with a copy in your account you can download any time.
Only for some tests — fasting sugar, lipid profile and a few others need 8 to 12 hours. Each test page says so, the booking summary repeats it, and we send a WhatsApp reminder the night before so nobody finds out at 6 AM.
Yes. Add everyone to a single booking and one visit covers the household — you pay one collection fee, not one per person. Each person gets their own report, and you can keep family members saved in your account for repeat bookings.
Our centre is at Plot 131, Pocket-2, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi 110025. Blood and urine tests are collected at home; X-ray, ECG and Echo need the equipment at the centre, so those are booked as a centre visit — with a slot, so there is no waiting room.
About 30 minutes at your door. That covers checking your one-time code, confirming who each sample belongs to, the draw itself, and labelling and barcoding everything in front of you. A single blood draw is quicker; a family booking or a test that needs a urine or stool sample takes the full half hour.
Yes. Pay on collection — cash or UPI to the phlebotomist — with a GST invoice either way.
