Every phlebotomist is certified and police-verified. They arrive inside a 60-minute window, take about thirty minutes over the visit, and confirm your identity with a one-time code before drawing anything, so you always know the person at your door is ours.
Tubes are labelled and barcoded in front of you, not later at the lab. From that moment every scan is logged, which is what makes a mix-up between two patients structurally difficult rather than merely unlikely.
Samples are transported in temperature-controlled boxes and processed to NABL-grade procedures, with internal quality controls run alongside patient samples on every analyser shift.
No report is published automatically. Dr. Arushi Gupta, MD (Pathology), registered with the Delhi Medical Council as DMC/R/24373, reviews and signs each one before it reaches your WhatsApp and your account, and abnormal values are flagged rather than left for you to spot.

Reports, prescriptions and personal details are stored on servers in India and are visible only to our lab desk. They are never sold, never shared with insurers or employers without your instruction, and never used for marketing. You can ask us to delete them at any time — the privacy policy sets out exactly how, including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
