What we collect

• Identity & contact: name, mobile number, addresses you save for sample collection.
• Patient details you provide for bookings: name, age, gender of the person being tested.
• Health records we generate: your test reports and booking history.
• Technical data: device and usage information needed to keep the service secure.

Why we collect it (purposes)

• To collect samples, process tests and deliver doctor-signed reports — the service you booked.
• To send booking updates and reports on SMS/WhatsApp, with your consent.
• To meet legal and quality obligations that apply to diagnostic laboratories.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered with them and never reach our servers — we receive only the amount, the status and a reference number, which we keep against your invoice for as long as tax law requires. Paying on collection involves no payment data at all.

Who else sees your data

• Razorpay — to take the payment, as above.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — your mobile number and the message itself, to deliver sign-in codes, booking updates and report notifications.
• Google Firebase — to deliver push notifications to your phone.
• Microsoft Azure — our hosting provider, in India.

That is the complete list. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or insurers.

Your rights

• Access and download your reports at any time from your account.
• Correct inaccurate details, withdraw consent for promotional messages, and request account deletion.
• Medical records may be retained after account deletion where laboratory regulations require it.
• Delete your account and the data held with it — how to do that.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in India, access is role-restricted and every report access is logged. Reports are shared only with you — never sold or used for advertising.
