  4. The doctor-signed report reaches your WhatsApp and your account in 12 hours.

Common questions

Which day of fever should I test on?

NS1 is most reliable in the first five days; IgM becomes useful from day five. This panel covers both.

Should I also check my platelet count?

Usually yes — doctors track the trend over several days, not a single value. A complete blood count is included in our Fever Panel.

Can I take ibuprofen for the fever?

No. Avoid ibuprofen and aspirin, which raise bleeding risk. Paracetamol is the appropriate choice.

Do I need to fast before Dengue — NS1, IgM & IgG?

No. Dengue — NS1, IgM & IgG does not require fasting, so you can book any slot that suits you.

How soon will I get the report?

Within 12 hours of collection. It arrives on WhatsApp as a doctor-signed PDF, and a copy stays in your account to download whenever you need it.

Can the sample be collected at home?

Yes, anywhere in our South Delhi service area. Home collection is free on orders above ₹500, and the fee below that is shown before you confirm.

What does Dengue — NS1, IgM & IgG cost?

₹1800. That is the full price — there are no separate reporting or handling charges, and you can pay online or on collection.

Important. This page describes what a test measures and costs. It is not medical advice, and a result needs a doctor to interpret it alongside your symptoms and history. If you have severe symptoms — chest pain, breathlessness, heavy bleeding, fainting or a very high fever — do not wait for a test. Seek emergency care or call 112 immediately.
